Fun moments from my quick fall trip to Connecticut.
My girlfriends and I had plans of going apple picking and doing fun fall things in Connecticut over our fall break at NYU. Little did we know the weekend called for lots of rain. So we stayed in a enjoyed each others company. Here are some moments from my trip.
Jess's family invited us over for a traditional Jewish cuisine. It was a delicious dinner complete with brisket, potatoes, and challah bread (I practically ate the whole loaf). A big thanks to Jess's parents for preparing this lovely meal. It was a delightful evening filled with friends, family, and lots of laughs.
We spent the weekend in beautiful Ridgefield CT where we were hosted by my friend Allie and her family. Her mom treated us to amazing meals and the comfort of her home.
Even with the rain we still made the best of our long weekend. I can't wait until my next visit to Connecticut.
Thanks to Jess Freedman for the great photos.
